Treble One’s team includes a mix of senior executives, technical experts, and seasoned business development professionals with over 300 years combined experience in aerospace technology development and acquisition.
Brian Bullerman is the Managing Partner of Treble One and has over 16 years’ experience in government business development, including significant experience in SBIR technology transition, Commercialization Readiness Program, Rapid Innovation Fund, and Broad Agency Announcements. Areas of experience include Propulsion, Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Coatings, Energy Storage, Thermal Management, Composites, Modeling and Simulation and Testing.
Prior to joining Treble One, Brian served as an active duty Air Force officer. As a program manager for military satellite and aircraft propulsion systems, Brian was responsible for planning, budgeting and executing both new production and technology upgrades. Brian holds a BS in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from California State University. He is active in the local community, with contributions to STEM initiatives and is a past Communications Director for the DaytonDefense organization.

Hank Barnard has over 15 years’ experience in government business development, including government services, technical studies, facility support, SBIR, Commercialization Readiness Program, Rapid Innovation Fund, Broad Agency Announcements, and CRADAs. Areas of experience include Propulsion Instrumentation, ISR Capabilities, Advanced RF Sensing Systems, High Speed Data Processing, Remotely Piloted Vehicles, Propulsion Controls, Power Generation Systems, Small IC Engines and Electronic Warfare.
Prior to joining Treble One, Hank served as program lead for an on-site USAF intelligent controls facility at AFRL, as well as business development lead for the East Coast region for a small West Coast company. Hank holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton, and is an avid Dayton Flyers supporter.

Joshua “BK” Burger is the Vice President for Strategy and Growth for Treble One and has over 20 years experience in government engineering and program management, including Major Defense Acquisition Programs in ISR, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Executive Airlift; Rapid acquisition in the intelligence community; Science and Technology leadership in Lasers Effects and Combustion Research; and Headquarters Air Force as a Program Element Monitor and
Executive Officer. Areas of experience include Propulsion, Lasers, Unmanned Systems, Enterprise Information Technology, Defensive Cyber, Commercial Derivative Aircraft, High Speed Transport, Hypersonics, Modular Open Systems Architectures, Multi-Attribute Decision Analysis, Systems Engineering, PPBE, USAF Organizational Equities, Operational Warfare Planning, Small Business Innovative Research and Congressional/Executive Communications.
Prior to joining Treble One, BK served as an active duty Air Force officer. His 20 year career culminated in a tour as the Air Vehicle Program Manager for VC-25B (The Next Air Force One) and the Director of the Vector Initiative.
Josh holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University, an MS in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and MA in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
He is a graduate of the Maritime Advanced Warfighters School and is a thought leader in the USAF innovation ecosystem.
VP, Strategy & Growth
Chris Wimmer is the Vice President for Business Development for Treble One and has over 15 years' experience in venture capital, startup creation and management, government business capture, technology transfer, and product development. Chris has served in various roles as a founder, board member, senior executive, and advisor to several dual-use startups and consultant to more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies. Chris' experience spans B2B and B2G enterprise SaaS, defensive cyber, artificial intelligence, space, biotechnology, materials and manufacturing and human performance.
Prior to joining Treble One, Chris served as a Senior Managing Director with gener8tor, a global venture capital firm and startup accelerator operating across 35 cities and named Best Workplaces for Innovators by Fast Company. Chris has served as an Industry Advisor for George Mason University’s Bioengineering Alliance and the Center for Adaptive Systems of Brain-Body Interaction (CASBBI) and has successfully launched and advised multiple new ventures in partnership with U.S. leading research and development firms and universities.
James M. (“Buddy”) Kinlaw has more than 30 years of active duty and civil service experience in research, development, and test & evaluation across multiple Air Force and Department of Defense programs and technology initiatives. He has managed or supported weapons systems programs in various phases of acquisition. Specific experience includes 19 years at Eglin AFB in a variety of program office, AFRL, and central engineering positions. He spent 2 years in a HQ assignment at AFPC in San Antonio; 3 years at the OSD Office of the Deputy Under Secretary for Labs and Basic Sciences, and a year at ICAF (now Eisenhower School) in the National Defense University. He also spent 3 years as the AFRL technology liaison to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)—accumulating a total of 7 years of experience in the National Capital Region. Most recently, Mr. Kinlaw served 4 years in the AFRL Sensors Directorate at Wright-Patterson AFB.
“Buddy” holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and an additional Master’s degree in National Resource Policy. He also has 4 Level III DAWIA certifications. He retired from the Air Force in August 2015 with primary expertise in technology development, transition and transfer. Specialty areas include Munitions and Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (ISR).
Senior Consultant
Randy Kosinski is a senior consultant with Treble One LLC bringing 37 years of experience in DOD weapon system research, development, test and production, as well as in defense industry business development. A 25-year Air Force veteran, Randy has served across the depth and breadth of the DOD acquisition system with multiple tours of duty in AF fighter, bomber and ISR product and logistics program offices, acquisition Center, MAJCOM headquarters, and in Pentagon assignments within the AF Secretariat for Acquisition as well as the AF Program Executive Office for Fighter/Bombers. A retired colonel, he has since 2007 led industry teams in USAF business development, strategic planning, marketing, and opportunity capture at director thru Vice Presidential levels in small, mid-size and large businesses for both DOD services and product markets.
Randy has defended Pentagon budgets to Congress as part of the DOD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) system and has a deep history of teaming with AF MAJCOM weapon system requirements houses in support of DOD Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS) processes. A professional engineer, Randy holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering, an MBA and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the Air War College. He is an avid lecturer, facilitator and teacher of defense acquisition, strategic planning, and business development at corporate, national, and international venues.
Senior Consultant
Brian Mauntel is a senior consultant with Treble One LLC bringing 15 years of experience in program management, contract execution, aircraft and space systems development, as well as intelligence and space operations. A 13-year Air Force veteran, Brian has served across a wide range of DoD missions including Air Force Space Command, the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s (AFLCMC’s) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Directorate. At the ISR & SOF Directorate he led the ISR & SOF Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) program. Brian later worked at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
From 2018, Brian was a Senior Program Manager at GE Aviation Systems, leading its Inertial Navigation Systems portfolio, integrating his technologies with AFLCMC and AFRL, as well as the Naval Research Laboratory and the Army’s Assured Position, Navigation and Timing (A-PNT) Core Functional Team.
Brian has a MS in R&D Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. He was DAWIA certified acquisition professional in Program Management Level 3, Science and Technology Management Level 2, and Test and Evaluation Level 2.
Senior Consultant
Dr. Sayangdev (Sayan) Naha is a Senior Aerospace Consultant at Treble One. Sayan has over 12 years of experience in technical business development focused on transition of technologies for DoD and commercial applications. Sayan received his PhD in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has a strong technical background in thermal management of electronics, lithium-ion battery safety, combustion, nanomaterials and advanced anti-counterfeit technologies.
Prior to joining Treble One, Sayan served in senior management and Vice President roles at two different small businesses, excelling in technology ideation, incubation and maturation through SBIRs, STTRs, BAAs and RIFs. He has a strong history of agile technology integration and product development in aerospace, space and Defense industries. Sayan has extensive experience in working closely with DoD stakeholders (DLA, Army, Navy, AF), National Labs, Universities, FAA, CDC/NIOSH, NIH, NSF as well as OEMs and commercial electronics industries to bring early-stage technologies to market.
Senior Consultant
Greg Green is a Senior Consultant with Treble One, bringing over 15 years of DoD industry experience having served in multiple program management and subject matter expert roles. His diverse experience includes supporting weapons systems programs in R&D, test, acquisition, sustainment, and modification for HQ Air Force Material Command (HQ AFMC), the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and the US Army in support of PEO Missiles & Space and PEO Simulation Training and Instrumentation.
Greg is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and served a total of 26 years on both active duty and in the USAF Reserve. He is a command pilot and combat veteran having served in both Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi/Enduring Freedom, along with numerous deployments supporting overseas operations. He culminated his military career as Deputy Chief, Contingency Plans at HQ Air Force Material Command. He holds a BA from Grove City College, as well as a master’s degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also a graduate of Cornell University’s Executive Leadership and Executive Management programs.

John “JB” Bell is a Senior Aerospace Consultant at Treble One. JB has over 30 years’ experience in domestic and international aerospace business development, including strategic
business development and market campaign planning, program management, and technology transition. Areas of experience include Special Operations, Logistics and Sustainment, Digital Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, Robotics and Automation, C4ISR, Advanced Materials and Corrosion Prevention.
Prior to joining Treble One, John served in a number of senior business development positions with Honeywell Aerospace, Raytheon Technologies, URS Federal, Serco, and AT&T Government Solutions. John is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Sensei.
