Randy Kosinski is a senior consultant with Treble One LLC bringing 34 years of experience in DOD weapon system research, development, test and production, as well as in defense industry business development.  A 25-year Air Force veteran, Randy has served across the depth and breadth of the DOD acquisition system with multiple tours of duty in AF fighter, bomber and ISR product and logistics program offices, acquisition Center, MAJCOM headquarters, and in Pentagon assignments within the AF Secretariat for Acquisition as well as the AF Program Executive Office for Fighter/Bombers.  A retired colonel, he has led industry teams for 11 years in USAF business development, strategic planning, marketing, and opportunity capture at director thru Vice Presidential levels in small, mid-size and large businesses for both DOD services and product markets.

Randy has defended Pentagon budgets to Congress as part of the DOD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) system and has a deep history of teaming with AF MAJCOM weapon system requirements houses in support of DOD Joint Capabilities and Integration Development System (JCIDS) processes.  A professional engineer, Randy holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering, an MBA and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the Air War College.  He is an avid lecturer, facilitator and teacher of defense acquisition, strategic planning, and business development at corporate, national, and international venues.
