Mike Beauchamp is a senior consultant with Treble One LLC bringing 40+ years of experience in DoD weapon system research, development, test and production, and also defense industry business operations, development, and production. As a 21+ year defense industry expert, Mike’s experience ranges from leading small businesses in basic R&D activities and SBIR work, to running large P&L centers with 600+ personnel and $110M in yearly budgets. His technical expertise spans every facet of program and technical management: from technology transformation of aerospace systems, unmanned systems, and intelligence systems; through security, foreign military sales, information technology, software development, information operations, specialized product development, and materials processing; to subcontract management, financial performance, business development, merger and acquisition activities, business integration, growth strategies, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and BTB activities.

Prior to his 21 years’ commercial experience, Mike spent 21 years in the Air Force, retiring as a Colonel. His expertise spanned 11 years operational flying and 10 years in the product community where he managed large complex programs in test and evaluation (T&E) and special programs, and complex integrated product and process teams within multiple program executive office (PEO) portfolios.

Mike has a BS in Engineering Sciences from the USAF Academy; an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado; a MS in Astronautical Engineering from the AF Institute of Technology; and is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College, the National War College and the Carnegie Mellon Senior Executive course.
